@Max80  You need to call Sky as the community can't help with subscription upgrades/downgrades.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Note that on Sky Stream there's only Ultimate TV or Essential TV.

 

There's no equivalent of Television Essentials (free to air only) on Glass/Stream.

 

Sky doesn't have to facilitate a move from Ultimate TV to Essential TV within a minimum contract term.
