My remote will not stay paired with the luck for more than a day - sometimes for less than a few minutes. Problem started about a week ago.
Re-pairing is haphazard and seems distance dependent, works when holding the remote within about 3-4 feet of the puck.
Don't need to use 4-6 or 7-9 to repair, just go straight to 1-3, so it seems to have forgotten it was paired.
Remite works perfectly in unpaired mode. Changed the batteries, didn't help.
Suggestions?

I would be inclined to request a replacement. You can do this by calling the Customer Service team or alternatively there is a request form at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote It will ask you sign into your My Sky app and will then populate most of the form automatically.
