When you set up you should have have selected the make and model of the TV and it should have presented you with different profiles to test and choose. You can go though this again by:
Pressing and holding 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for 3 seconds.
Pressibg and holding 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
Following the instructions on screen.
