Religion channel

Hello I have just joined sky and I am unable to retrieve the réglions channel onto my package which is actually part of it. 

can you please advise what is require to be done.

@Bluesky3  Which system did you order?   As Sky+ isn't offered to new customers you won't have this (where you originally posted your query). 

It does sound like you have Sky Stream and not all channels are avalable as per this channel list https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

Hello yes it is sky stream as a new customer. However I did call sky and they were unable to help but advised that the channel is part of the package.

If it's not in the list posted in the link above then you've been given incorrect information from the agent.

The majority of the Religious channels listed in the EPG for the Sky satellite platforms are not available in Glass & Stream: it's likely that their small audiences and limited financial and technical resources make a presence on the streaming service difficult.
