Sound
Every few minutes, the sound goes out of sync with the person talking, so have to turn off and back on the few minutes it happens again, can't watch TV properly as missing so much of the programs

@Gary832 This is a known issue which Sky are trying to resolve but in the meantime they suggest changing your audio settings to PCM or Passthrough.
