I rang sky and it was agreed I could make a late payment without being restricted. However sky have already restricted me. Each time I ring it's an automated line saying make a payment without the option to talk to someone, can anyone help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kate421 I'm afraid you were misinformed as the billing systems is fully automated and if your payment iu late services will be restricted, advisers cannot override this.
You'll need to pay what you owe and setup a direct debit before your services are reinstated.
