Have you tried a reset? If not go to Settings at the bottom of the front page or just ask by pressing the microphone button.
Then go to Resets & Updates and select Restart Device and wait a few minutes for it to start up again. If that doesn't work go back to Restart & Updates and try Refresh Apps. Just not adviced to do Factory reset unless instructed to do so..

Have you tried Restart rather than reset?
