Region of sky stream wrong for new address

I moved house and contacted sky to update my address for my sky stream account. Despite this, im still getting regional news locked to my old address. Not getting anywhere with sky assistant. Anyone got any advice on how to change settings?

Hi @dscott369 

 

There is nothing you can configure locally, this is tied to your postcode on your sky account. There have been a number of reports where this doesn't update and a back office team needs to manually intervene.

 

You will need to call sky as we are fellow customers here on the community.
