Puck not playing live tv

Ever since the outage i can no longer get live tv, I just get a blue screen. Have unplugged and left for half hour but still no good, all apps are working fine

My puck is not playing live tv either

Can you both first try a broadband router/ hub restart and also as below do a settings restart of your puck;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

We often mention not to do a factory reset as it describes as a secondary try in the above article, but in this case try it as described in the article.

Hasn't fixed mine, still no live tv or live tv apps
