Whole Home

Hi to all

Im new to sky and not great on tech.

i am on sky stream and want to get whole home £12 a month subscription, how many puks do you get and when you add it to your subscription in my sky does it ask you how many puks you require, I don't want to add this if I cannot get 2 puks.

thank you again

You can absolutely add 2 pucks to your order when you add Whole Home. You may only get charged the one £39.95 setup fee for each puck, you often get the first additional puck free, but sometimes not. In which case it'll cost you £79.90 for the 2 extra pucks. The one Whole Home subscription covers both of them though. Remember too that you don't own the pucks - you have to send them back to Sky if you decide to stop the Whole Home subscription.

@Josiefloss

One Whole Home subscription covers up to six pucks (and three Glass television sets) at a subscription address, but each puck will have an initial fee for their loan, and Glass televisions have a purchase cost.  Sky may choose to supply the first puck without a fee.

Note that just two pucks running UHD starts getting close to what 'average' FTTC can supply.

Re: Whole Home

Thank you I found the page I needed to add the 2 puks only charged £39.95 but I'm sorted.  Your answer helped me look around my app to add these much appreciated
