We recently changed to Sky Stream and the Sky Cinema package is now not available, even through we had it before we plugged in the new device. Does anyone know if, by changing to Stream, is our original package not applicable anymore?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@NiamhJG What does the email say for signing up to Stream, it shoud detail what TV packs you subscribed to.

The channel packages on Stream are completely different to Sky Q and Sky+.
The channel selection is different (there are fewer channels on Stream) and you need to pay extra for the ability to skip ads on some apps. You must also specifically request to add Sky Cinema to your Sky Entertainment streaming TV subscription for which there will be an extra charge. You also must pay extra for UHD/Atmos if desired and you must pay extra if you want Netflix without ads or in higher definition.
Any old channel packages you had on Sky+ or Sky Q will be automatically cancelled when you start your streaming TV subscription.
