Timing out setting

It times out if it is paused for a minute or two. Can this be prevented? It is very annoying.

Is your hard drive full?

Not sure if there is a storage drive. It is only streaming service, no recording. Thanks for reply.

@the new update currently rolling out extends the pause time to approx 25 minutes

Hi @Terry144 Unfortunately you cannot force an update on the Stream puck.  The UI 3.79.0 update is current rolling out in batches and you will receive it when your turn comes around.  As already mentioned the new UI extends the pause time to 25 minutes but also does not then put the puck into standby, it simply releases the pause and your programme will just continue playing.  The benefit of this is you have the option to rewind if it unpauses.

I was updated recently and the pause function is a vast improvement.
