Sky puck won’t turn on

Anybody have the problem of their Sky puk not turning on ? 
I've done the turn everything off and on again but hasn't worked

Follow the steps outlined in this help article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck

 

Including step 4 recovery process. If this doesn't work you will need to contact sky for a replacement. (We are fellow customers here on the community).
