Sky Puck issue

I cannot get the back off my puck remote as I have arthritis in my hands and it is too hard to remove. I need to change the batteries.

Do you have any rubber gloves? It can help if you wear them when you try and slide the back off the remote.

The remote cover can be a bit stiff at first, but does overtime ease up.

Try placing the remote face down on a towel and slide the cover off as shown below or try between a pair of gloves to add some extra grip.

Re: Sky Puck issue

Make sure you are trying to move it in the correct direction as indicated by the arrow.

It only moves about 4mm.

As above, get your Marigolds on to stop your hands sliding.
