I have a Sky Stream showing the same problem. It's only been the last few days, so I suspect the problem is at Sky's end.

As seen on this community, some customers were recently getting a 'technical message', that from recent updates and changes now seems resolved.
If you have not done so already would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
