I have the same issue but i didnt get an HDMI cable with sky stream for some reason so i dont know if thats the issue. Do we know what the specific reason is for the HDMI cable is?

@grenate  Without an HDMI cable you can't view anything on the Stream puck.

 

If it's missing you shoudl be abke to obtain one from any decent electrical retailer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You probably need a newer, faster HDMI cable. You can get a high speed cable from Amazon for around £5. You don't need a fancy one, an Amazon Basics cable will work perfectly well.

There should have been an hdmi cable within the Stream box from Sky.

Are you sure you went through all the compartments in the Stream packaging?

If not, as above the Amazon basics cable will work well and the kind of price and spec it shows is all you should be paying for one.

@grenate The puck uses HDMI 2.0 so you need 2.0 cable. There should have been one in the box
