Wont work in two rooms at same time

When i try to turn on sky stream box's in 2 seperate rooms at same time only one will work, the other one keeps freezing and is very slow loading

What speed broadband do you have? As that sounds like your maxing out your bandwidth

@Eileen14  I would agree with @Nigelb1972  regarding speed issues.

 

For each puck you need a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for HD

 

If you line speed is only around 20 to 30mbps then running 2 pucks at the same time will be an issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
