As @GD1 indicates, Sky television in the UK is a British service and so offers subtitling in English (and sometimes Welsh) as required by Ofcom, the UK broadcasting regulator.
It isn't an international streaming platform which might have translated content into multiple language options: some of the hosted apps may do so for some content, but that would be the choice of the owners of those services.
