RTE Player

App Is Showing On My TV, But When I Choose A Show, Its Just A Black Screen?

RTE Player not loading on streaming tv?

RTE Player won't load/play on my streaming puck tv, it was working earlier today but has stopped working now

@Psychscholar  Have you tried unplugging the puck for 2 minutes then plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi, I have a new Sky Q mini box installed last week by Sky engineer.   It does not have RTE Player under Apps.  THE player does still appear on the main box and on another mini box.  

 

Can in be installed manually?

I am having the same problem as Psychscholar. As of 3 or 4 days ago when I try to use RTE Player on Sky, the screen goes black. Sometimes it starts to go to RTE Player then goes black but most of the time it just goes blank.

 

I have an LG TV which has RTE Player on it separtely and I am able to watch it there (most of the time) but the Sky link just isn't working any more and much prefer using it.

I have the same problem ,I got fiver broadband fitted on Friday ,and my apps aren't working,? What do I do?

@dingle123456 asume you mean fibre broadband it is worth rebooting your Sky puck and using the refresh apps options in the System Settings/Resets menu as that often sorts issues.
