No update on when sky puck will be delivered.

I recently ordered sky broadband and sky stream. 

On my account in regards to the sky puck, it just says ordered. There is no delivery date or tracking number or anything to point that a puck is actually getting sent. 

I received the broadband router today and they were both ordered on the 24th of july, admittedly really early in the morning about 1am when I came home from work,  but I thought they would arrive at the the same time.

Trying to get through via phone is a nightmare and sky chat is mostly closed.

Does anyone have any ideas when any updates will likely show up on my account or when the puck will be delivered.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
