Quick help please

Hey! We have just joined Sky stream and have broadband being fitted 3rd April. Our box has arrived today...do we hook up or leave until 3rd April?

As above, start using it now and do a network reset from within the Sky Stream puck settings, under Network, when your new broadband becomes active.

If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically anyway.

Have a read through the Sky Stream FAQ, a good starting point and flags the above.

No, as long as you have internet then the puck will work.
