Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Floydianslip the roll outs take up to a month and QS033 is not been completly rolled out to all units. I think Sky may have hit a snag as my pucks changed version number on QS033 last night to QS033.014.
As you probably know customers cannot control firmware updates which boxes get uodated is entirely controlled by Sky. Given the system is almost exactly 3 years old updates come out slightly less than monthly but many changes do not require new firmware or are not turned on until 100% of boxes have been updated.

An update was pushed to my Box yesterday by customer service to try and help with the picture breakup issue mentioned once or twice elsewhere - so far so good actually.
I did not check what I was on before (and neither did they) but looks like I am on QS030.52800P

I am on qs030.528.00p and up until this update I had no issues, now I am getting lip sync issues and every now and then I am getting pixelation issues.
this is by far the worst product sky have ever released.

I have 3 sky stream boxes but only 2 of them have received the QS033 update overnight, I've tried power cycling the box that didn't get the update but it's still on QS030
how can I get the 3rd box to update? I've had a few freezing issues with the stream pucks and I was wondering if this QS033 update might help with this?

Updates are sent in batches.
Freezing on Pucks is usually ddown to wifi speed or interfeerence not the software version.
On the puck that freezes open the netflix app, go to Get help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported getting to the hub, anything less than 25mbps for HD & 25mbps for UHD will cause such issues as will a weak wifi signal

Mine has updated 😀 does anyone know what are the updates and maybe fixers for all the issues one has been having, like many others. Let's hope 🫶🏻

@Super+Anthony Mine updated overnight as well and like you are praying it's improved in some of the problem areas, it would certainly be good to see a list of the improvements.

Still getting issues. It's all getting rather tiresome
This evening I was watching a channel and all of a sudden it left the screen and said program wating to load and then technical issue on the channel
I dare say we will get some saying once again it's our network or ISP.
Please Sky despite the update, the puck needs major improving

If it starts to really stress you out. Try virgin media, their stream box is far more stable
