That's disappointing @Garr1eL to hear. I had hoped that someone would have had good news soon. Really beginning to think that I'm going to end up cancelling my tv services with them if they don't get their finger out!

Yes me too @ALM84 I was hopeful that as today was delivery due date it would catch up and resolve itself, but obviously I realised that as Sky didn't have the s/n's of the pucks that had been sent it was more complicated. Still having provided the serial numbers i was hopeful for a quick resolution but still nothing and order status hadn't changed from what it showed on Thursday. I have only just returned to Sky and now beginning to regret the decision. Hopefully there will be more positive news tomorrow 🤞🏻

I hope so @Garr1eL - the lack of communication from them is terrible. That's a shame you've only just came back and this is the experience. I've been with them for over 20 years and this is the first real issue that is making me think about cancelling and going with NOWTV for their packages that ive pretty much got with sky just now. Fingers crossed 🤞 that we get good news soon

Same here. Ordered 18th September, pucks arrived 19th. As of evening of 22nd Still listed as "awaiting delivery".
I also can't get the sky vip section of the app to work either.
So far, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the costs and viable alternatives out there. So frustrated!

Thanks. I need a device like a puck to use on my cinema projector. I suppose I could use a firestick but I was hoping that sky stream would be the answer. This issue is putting me off the idea. Let's hope they don't take too long to fix it.

So there has been a change to my order summary overnight, it's gone from awaiting dispatch to delayed (wonder if that's automated as the system had them as due to be delivered yesterday?) Still no update from Sky on what the fix is or how long it will take, completely in the dark.

If my delivery status changes to say that I will be calling them to ask why when pucks arrived on Saturday! This is completely unacceptable thst so many of us are paying for their services and can't activate the pucks to be able to watch tv! Sky's communication by phone & on here is absolutely shocking! @Garr1eL

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Puck arrived on the 19th but won't activate. Delivery was due to day but it still shows as awaiting delivery. DPD have it recorded as delivered. I even got the picture on the dpd website to prove it.
What are my rights to cancel the TV Service? I'm not waiting any more time for this to be sorted. I tried to cancel the service but the guy told me there was no way of cancelling the service while there is an issue on the system. Is this correct?

@KevNewMedia as you can see this issue looks to be getting larger by the day, can you please confirm what level of escalation this is within Sky and what steps are being taken to get the issue resolved. We are all in the dark currently, can we please have a meaningful update.

That's what's in my projector @TimAlsop was meant to be replaced by of of these pucks that I cannot use. If this drags on I may just cancel and reactivate NowTV, I understand that technical glitches happen from time to time it's the lack of information and updates that really bothers me.

This is all completely unacceptable that we have now all been waiting days and nothing has changed with no information forthcoming from Sky about what they are doing to sort this all out. I don't even have a satelite signal because i have scaffolding up at my property and this was the reason for changing to sky stream, thinking it would be the easier solution! I'm sorry but the staff on this forum seem no better than those at the call centres. Nobody seems to know what is happening and how long a fix is going to take and we are just supposed to accept that?!

i am also having this problem , ordered friday , delivered saturday, still says awaiting dispatch, cant activate , what to do next
