Colour inverted after update.

Hi,

 

Had the same issues with the update/not turning on. We've managed to get through set up but as soon as the software updated all the colours on the TV have inverted, like looking at a negative photo. I'll attach a pic. 

Was absolutely fine right until the update so don't think it's a hardware issue. Tried unplugging overnight/reset. 

 

Any ideas?

@Apollo23  Not seen this issue on my TV, have you tried to do the following:

 

Tr a different HDMI input on the TV ?   If you have something like UHD colour or similar which enables HDR try turning it off.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So this morning my tv has done the same, only this is like over a year after you had the problem apollo23, it looks like negative camera film.. did you find out wat the issue was? Easy fix or did you have to replace it? Change device? Iv tried everythin..i even reset and factory reset my glass tv...im at stand dtill now to be fair..im confused

A year later and sky glass is still having this issue...wat shud i do pls?
