Puck turns off

My puck keeps turning off while watching channel 4. I have to turn it off and on for it to start working again. Anyone help?

Is this the C4 live linear channel on 104, are you talking about when using the C4 app?

Is this the only channel you are having issues with, or is it other live channels?
Does it happen when it plays an advert?
