Puck to useless

My puck takes ages to switch on. It's lights on but it only shows the word sky on the screen, then I get it off and then have to wait ages for it to switch on properly

Is this on first startup after a long time the ouck has been in standby or from ovenight.

 

Can you try this settings option and see if it helps.

In the puck settings under Start up and Standby, can you change Network standby mode to On, if it is  set to OFF.

And if you see the older option there, turn Overnight power saving to OFF.
