Puck stuck on Remote control setup page.

The remote stopped working, nothing worked like pushing 1 &3 ect, tried all tricks mentioned. So I then did a reset and now im stuck on this.

Remote has power, as back light still comes on, anyone got an idea?

Robooted puk and now stuck on remote control set up it won't go any further just says software error

I'm having the same issue. Keeps going round the same thing all the time. Any ideas?

Haven't watched sky in ages. Asks me every night to press & hold 4&6 together, reboot, join another community, yadidadida. I think the age of streaming service is destroying itself. I've been living off YouTube for months now. There was no solution to this post nearly a year ago. Time to kick the old sky service into the tall grass.

I have the exact same issue. Fine the same processes you have and no success. Have you heard back from Sky about this ?
