I have had no sky service for 8 days now customer service sre of no help judt fobbing us off with we know and will be fixed soon. Now i cant even get through as they have arranged all the service numbers to disconect after the 2nd or 3rd "im sorry i didn't get that" so i tried an email to tell them i am cancelling my subscription as they are not fulfilling there dide of the contract of course i have had no reply . I expect to here from them when they realise i have cancelled my direct debit. Could someone please take a screenshots of yhis message and lrt me know as i may need it if they try to instigate court proceedings. Thanks Dave

Find out more@David+s+n When you say you have no service are you seeing an onscreen message?The problem which happen last Thursday has been identified and fixed,have you tried the reset as advised by sky on the my sky app.Just to make you aware this is a customer to customer forum you are not speaking directly to sky
