Cannot reset sky puck

Had issues started when no-one could turn puck on,I haven't been able to reset mine after 5 days please help

@Deb781 I have the same problem, I can't power on or reset, I am on day 4 with no service. I am on hold to Sky - they are advising of a 40 min wait for calls to be answered,  if they offer a solution I will post an update here for you.

Thanks so much mine went off on Saturday morning it's so annoying seems like sky don't want to help
