Puck return

I have returned 2 x pucks back in March (retained proof of postage) however sky are now telling g me I owe them for the equipment I have not returned. 
I have attempted to tell sky numerous times I have returned it and emailed in proof twice but now a charge has been added to my account (despite a credit from part cancelling a month not being returned or taken off the latest bill).

Who do I speak to about sending the proof of postage (again) and getting the credit returned?
