Sky Stream Freezing and Restarting

Hi

I'm having an issue with my Sky Stream where almost every evening, the puck freezes and then goes through the full restart boot up. Sometimes it's happening multiple times a night.

I have checked WiFi strength which appears fine. Is there anything else I can try?
