HBOmax sign in.

Good Morning

Every time I wish to watch HBOmax, which is now part of my package, I have to sign in which is a pain! Is this correct? Thanks.

Yes you have to activate your subscription and sign up for an account:

Thank you for that. I have registered and I received a confirmation e-mail but every time I want to watch HBOmax on my own TV I have to log-in !! Is this correct?

It's exactly the same for Disney+ !

If it is the apps on your TV ( rather than the Sky device) doing this then it could be an issue with your TV, unless every time you are exiting the apps when you are running them on your TV, you are also logging out?
