Puck not working

Sky stream puck has stopped working wont switch on with remote.

@Kimolumtree  Have you tried unplugging from the power socket and plug back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yea tried that even replaced battries in remote incase was that

How long did you leave the puck unplugged for? Its usually best to leave it for several minutes as you need to ensure the power has drained from the device for it to properly reboot.
