I'd hazard a guess it may be down to how the legacy Sky billing system works.
Also I guess you could argue that they do provide that option via NOW.

I agree they allow access through now. But it must make commercial sense to allow streamers etc to buy day passes? Maybe thier is another technical reason?

@Numan2 @I doubt it does make commercial sense. Sky may find that monthly long term subscribers stop doing this if sky introduced daily passes for sky stream.

NowTV and Sky Television operate as separate business divisions, so it may just be to maintain product differentiation.

You do know a pass is about 12 quid so maybe te math's backs me. But I don't know?

@Numan2 why don't you just buy one on Now Tv then ? I only pay £18 for a whole month of sky sports on stream.
If daily passes suit you better than leave sky stream and take Now Tv. For most sports fans it would only take 2 daily passes to be more expensive than what sky charge for a month subscription of sky sports on stream.

I've had now tv but I prefer stream and I'm talking the occasional match. Is your 18 quid contracted or on a monthly opt out basis?

Unlike you I am on a budget that's why I got the stream and Fibre deal at 38 quid a month. I only asked a question and I do not like your tone when answering. Plus showing off about your home set up and how much you blow is not a good look.

@Numan2 There is no reason as to why you can't keep your stream and broadband package, and buy the odd Now Tv sports day pass when you need to, is there ? Most smart tv's have the Now Tv App? Doesn't yours ? Just simply create a Now tv app and pay for the sports day pass when iou require it. The reason I am not keen on your idea, is that if sky took that approach within their business model, for the majority of customers who want sky sports permanently, it could be the start of a slippery slope and work out more expensive. My sky sports price includes full HD, which the Now Tv price doesn't without the HD add on. I think £18 a month is excellent value, why don't you try phoning sky and seeing what the best price is for them to add on sky sports to your package, I suspect that with Black Friday coming, there could be some good prices. As for your rude comments about my supposed wealth, I have worked hard and continue to work hard for everything I have in life. Give it a go.
