Puck not connecting via ethernet BB is good all other pucks work fine rest hub and changed ethernet

Reset hub changed ethernet cable even swaped over pucks 

for some reason this one tv wont connect just keep getting not connected to internet 

the puck is plugged into the sky router!!!!
