Lines on my screen

The picture on my screen has constant interference. I have run the diagnostics checks and they have not worked. I believe that the Sky Puck may be faulty.

I don't want a new badge I just want my Sky Puck to work properly.

You'll need to log the issue with Sky (which cannot be done through this forum) and this will probably result in the puck being swapped out by post.

 

Unfortunately 'badges' are built into the software platform on which the forums operate.

We are all customers here, have you checked the puck on different HDMI input?  Do you see the lines on any other input on your TV or just the puck?  Have you checked the HDMI cable is inserted properly?  Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

It is ok now, the intereference lasts  for about 30/45 minutes.

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
