Always turn off power to tv / puck at night. Never been a problem but then the puck would not boot up without being switched off and back on to get it to work. This would happen once or twicw a week, now at the point its every time the tv is turned on the puck wont start.
Have changed the batteries in the sky remote and no change, oddly it can still power the tv on and off and adjust the volume, but trying to get guide up or pressing power button just gives me a black screen. Anyone else had similar? Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Keith

Hi @Keith140
As @GD1 has suggested do not turn off the puck completely and leave it in standby mode instead.. Also, make sure you have Networked Standby Mode turned ON in the Settings > Start up & Standby menu. This will stop the puck losing the network when it is in standby.

@Keith140 Maybe simply leave the puck plugged in overnight in standby?
Doing shut downs and power ups like this will shorten the life of any electrical product that is designed to be left on.
