Puck Stuck in Loop

My Puck is stuck in a constant loop of playing a Tratiors trailer.

 

The Puck starts doing this after about 20 seconds of watching ANY channel. It's as if iPlayer has been initiated or 'watch from start' triggered.

 

I've tried a restart and unplugged the Puck but the issue is still present. This is a weird one. Any ideas?
