Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on and allow it to reboot.

If it doesn't power up then you'll need to ring Sky for potential replacement.

Really going to need more information than that if you don't any sort of useful advice other than turn it off at the plug for a few minutes.

What do you mean by not working?
