States there is a problem with my broadband
Typed in my password again and states I am not connected, I can connect to the internet on my laptop but not my TV package.

pull the plug for 5 and try again

Spoke to Sky customer services, they said there has been trouble with connection in my area. Thanks for the response though.

Hi @linda90 and welcome to the forum. Try the following which often resolves issues similar to yours.
Put the puck into Standby and then unplug both your Stream puck and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
