Anyone else getting error code 3031 Deeplink Programme when trying to watch the latest episode of Taskmaster? I'm trying to play it through the Channel 4 app on my TV. All other episodes play perfectly and all other programmes seem fine too. @SkyStream

I've just tried playing the most recent episode (Series 17, ep8) via the Channel 4 app on both my Samsung TV and Apple TV 4K box and it plays perfectly on both of them so it most likely is a Sky server error.
Try rebooting your Stream puck by powering off at the wall for a few minutes then back on. Also try an app refresh (but this can take hours). Other than that, all you can really do is use the Channel 4 app on a different device.

There are other 3031 deeplink errors that have been reported.... if you search you'll see them😉

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ElleJay81 Despite Episode 8 appearing in my playlist as well as ContinuE Watching rail it does not appear in the Ch4 App on the Sky platform which is why you are getting the error message.
I waited a few days but it still didn't appear so I have now watched on the Ch4 App on my Apple TV where the episode is readily available (I could also have watched it on my laptop).

Same thing happened to me for the previous episode. Worked fine via Apple TV and the TV's own app though.

Might be worth getting in touch with Channel 4 directly and letting them know that their content is not always available on the Sky streaming platform.
You can contact them here:

Thank you everyone for the useful answers. I tried rebooting my Sky puck, (although, I'd tried to watch it on 2 different pucks so wasn't hopeful that would work), it unfortunately didn't. I also did an app reset, that didn't work either.
I ended up watching the 'bleeped' version of the programme which played perfectly.
