Programs stalling at start up
When I turn on the TV I scroll to the program I want and choose it but the I get a message program loading and it doesn't load ?

Have you checked your broadband? Is the puck receiving sufficient speed to stream content?
Check the speed being received by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. You need an absolute minimum of 25Mbps for HD.

I am having the same problem (it began this evening) and have followed the advice re network speed and this is fine. So, the problem must be caused by something else.

pulling the plug for a few minutes can sometimes clear this issue
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
