Problems with sky stream black screen and it keeps saying technical issues. Checked the speed all ok

Reset sky stream, checked speed all ok. Can watch Netflix but normal tv has a black screen

Hi , we have the same problem   , first it started pixelating , it then sometimes goes black , we have to press the home button then start the program again

Hi 

 

can you check the actual speed the device is receiving ? You can do this by selecting the native Netflix app and going to settings and network check 

 

Sky recommend a minimum of 25mb for one device .....
