Power outage restored sky not working

Power has been restored but sky streaming not working

@Jeb2 Have you tried unplugging your router and puck and then restarting both? 

 

If that doesn't work are you able to try a different power cable just to see if the fuse in the plug has been blown or if the puck is now faulty?
