Re: Weekend TV viewing disruption.
@Greg-T307 Hi, these kind of problems are usually caused by a poor Wi-Fi connection, and I don't mean just the speed of your Wi-Fi. To give you the best advice are you connected with an Ethernet cable or over the air from router to puck?

Re: Weekend TV viewing disruption.
Can you explain in a bit more detail what kind of issues you are getting, like on screen messages, any Sky puck lock ups etc.
Is it live channels or a particular app you are having issues with.
Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say over an half hour period.
What is your speed?
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
