play list has vanished

Mine too from 2 x pucks & Sky Glass tv.

I believe this is a common occurrence but would like some feedback from either a Superuser or a Sky employee.

Mine too. Still not there after a total reboot.

The sky playlists on all pucks  keep disappearing leaving just a manage all, tried resetting and restarting but the issue keeps happening

Me too. Tried all the tips and tricks. Work for a short period of time but then empty again.

Got streaming pucks. Playlist options no longer working. Sky reported other people have got same problem and they are trying to sort out a fix.

Reset puck. Did everything help suggested. Nothing works. 

Yesterday some of the buttons you select like sport , news etc words disappear

Same here on Glass. Has Sky acknowledged the issue? Is there a way to report it?

We've now lost all playlists 😔

All mine were fine this morning now all gone from 4:30 onwards on both Sky Puck and Sky Glass so annoying.

My playlists also randomly dissapearing today. Rebbot made no difference. I hope this can be resolved quickly as it's the best feature with the device.

I have sky glass and my playlist has completely dissapeared, and no reboots make any difference.

We have 5 playlists and every single one is saying empty is this a glitch. Is anyone else having the same issue? We went to settings and reset the tv and it's no resolved it.
