Playlists disappearing randomly

Hi all. Since yesterday I have has issues with the playlists on my 2 streaming pucks. Both are randomly displaying different parts of my playlists and sometimes saying no programmes have been added.

 

ive tries unplugging from the wall and doing a soft reset. Any idea what else I can try other than waiting & hoping they return?

Thanks for all the responses. Mine are back now so looks like it was a temporary issue, assume with the server.

Playlists Empty again...

And all my playlists have emptied again.

 

This got fixed a couple of weeks ago, but it's back. Its worse now though, before I got a few of the programmes disppearing, but now the entire categories have disappeared - like no Movies and no TV sections, just the Favourites in the main playlist. They actually disappeared as I was trying to select them, and it's affected all the user profiles.

 

We seem to be fighting various glitches in this system all the time. Definitely needs more work before public release... oh wait, too late! 😉

@Wildroverandy   Yes I had a similar problem with the Playlist last night.  I tried a soft reset via the Settings but that didn't work, so did the hard reset but unplugging waiting and reconnecting but still had problems, so watched the live football for about half an hour and then it was back and working, so not sure what went on!

Saw the same this morning.

A restart of the Sky Stream boxes, restored them and it came back.

But  going in a bit later, they were playing up again, so they are still not right this morning.

Thanks, glad it's not just me but sorry you're experiencing the same. I'm hoping it will be sorted soon. On other posts I've read that it could be a central server issue.

It was happening to me last night but was fine again this morning so probably a server issue.

Been having the exact same issue since yesterday. Tried resetting the puck but no joy. Called sky who were useless. Said I may be a temporary issue with the server and that was it. Couldn't tell me whether it actually was a server issue or not

Playlist - Shows not available

Anyone else having issues with the or Sky Glass Playlist.

 Playlist is saying "Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available. 
 I've done a TV restart/reset and it still isnt working.

I have combined posts from Sky Glass and Sky Stream into this thread.

 

Im still seeing it this afternoon randomly on my Sky Stream too.

Not seeing that any kind of restart helps.

We have been having the same issue of playlists not showing and sometimes randomly missing items. 

 

This has been happening since about 2pm yesterday.   We have Sky Glass, have tried Redtarting from the settings menu, have tried refreshing apps and have also tried unplugging and waiting 20mins.

Hi, my playlist is stuck in 2025. Anything I watch does not get remembered. So I hve to hunt though all the episodes working out where I am up to.

Done everything sky said, like deleting all playlists, factory resttingt puck and re-registering it.

So fed up was I, that I paid £50 for a new puck, which does exactly the same.

Despite regular calls to sky, they say 'it is a known issue' but instead of resolving, put my subs up!

Now I'm also getting the grey screen of death. Loose the picture to grey but sound continues.

Sky tried to blame my broadband, but it is all hardwired, within a metre of the router and on sky 100mb BB.

I don't work for sky, receive any gratuities or discounts. They do however pay me in badges 🐵

Playlist

When I press playlist it's just showing all my TV channels I have to go to manage but then I have to go through all programs to find the one I'm looking for, just went like this today what's happened
