Sky glass playlist

My playlist has been emptied or deleted. Programmes are still in managed playlist but not on the playlist screen. I've tried unplugging for 30 seconds and turning on, and both reset and factory reset, but still not showing in playlest.

This hasn't fixed the problem even just added something to the kids playlist n that's even showing

Playlist entries gone

When I click on playlist it only displays my fav channels. The various shows and movies that were there have disappeared.  This has just happened today.

Playlist disappeared on Sky stream

I have never had an issue with my sky before. I can't seem to get into my playlist at all. Not showing the programmes and the view all button isn't there any more

Exact same problem here. I've tried reset from the settings menu but no change. Very annoying and hoping it's just a temporary problem
