Playlists disappearing randomly

I'm having the same problem , no play list . Tried the restart from the settings , but still the same.

Playlist nog working. Saved items are there when you go to manage my playlist. You can delete and save again. Go back to playlist and message below say" you no items saved" I have rebooted puck and still no good. It must be a Sky issue.

Same here, my playlist has disappeared. Tried all the recommended fixes to no avail!

Playlist not loading. I can only access through "Manage playlist". I have tried unplugging puck but hasn't fixed the problem

It's affecting lots of people so appears to be quite a major issue as it's been going on since yesterday.

Mine look to be ok now.
Not down anything like restarts. It's just all reappeared fine.

Are others finding it's ok now?

Mine took a little longer, but is all back again now. A soft restart didn't work, just a little patience (which is becoming well tested).

All looks to be good again this morning, as it was yesterday evening when it started coming back.

Ive unanswered my previous temporary post in this thread, as it seems fixed for many now.
