Playlist not working on sky streaming

I have things saved on my playlist on sky streaming puck and I can see them.  All of the items work ie most recent, movies, sport and kids but the TV shows doesn't. I can see the programmes but when I click on it it either says there are no programmes or press home button to reconnect but my signal is excellent and I am connected to the internet.  I've tried turning it off at the wall but it still doesn't work

Generally a power reboot resolves this issue.
